We do not ship to PO boxes. A signature may be required for some deliveries. I Heart Jewels is not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather, email or computer malfunctions, or any other causes beyond our control. We currently offer three shipping options within the United States:

Express & Expedited delivery estimates reflective of orders placed before 12PM EST. Orders placed after 12PM EST will be processed on next business day.
When the order ships, carrier website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24 hours on the shipper’s website.
Track Your Order
You can track your package at any time using the link provided in your shipment confirmation email or Track order status
Please note that tracking number will take up to 24 hours to become activated by the carrier's tracking system.
If you did not receive an email containing tracking information please check your spam filer to make sure our emails weren't accidentally forwarded there. If you cannot locate confirmation emails, please email us directly at customerservice@iheartjewels.com and include your first and last name as well as your order ID number.
Shipping Promotion Details
Free standard shipping when you meet the minimum order amount indicated, before taxes and shipping charges. To redeem offer at checkout, enter the listed code, or, if offer indicates that no code is required, free shipping will be applied to your order automatically once you meet the minimum order amount indicated. Offer is not valid on gift card orders and other exclusions may apply. Offer is good for standard shipping only. Standard rules and charges apply for express shipping, expedited shipping and return shipping. We deliver to US postal addresses, APO addresses and FPO addresses, but not to P.O boxes, international addresses. I Heart Jewels reserves the right to withdraw or modify this offer at any time.
