Returns or Exchanges
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from I Heart Jewels.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@iheartjewels.com and a representative will provide you with a return authorization number, which must be noted on the return form included in the original shipment. Please insure the package, require a signature and get a tracking # when shipping any merchandise to be certain we receive it back. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges on items that have already been exchanged once.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom nameplates are not eligible for returns/exchanges or cancellations. Once the order has been confirmed your necklace is sent into production with the name/word you requested on your nameplate. These are designed specifically for you!
Please note, we are unable to accept returns/exchanges on items that have already been exchanged once.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Refund Processing Time
The entire refund credit process takes 15-25 business days following the receipt of the returned goods. If we have any questions or concerns about your request or items, we will contact you by initial email the order was placed with.
