  • Please note order tracking is available after a few hours on the day your package is shipped. When the order ships, carrier website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24 hours on the shipper’s website.

  • Please contact customerservice@iheartjewels.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order before it is fulfilled. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
  • If you do find you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it within 30 days of your order date for a refund within the terms of our Return Policy for Items Purchased Online.

After placing your order, you will receive a fulfillment notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.

No, creating an account is not required to place an order. However, having an account makes it easier to track your orders and manage your purchases. You can always check out as a guest.
