How long will my order take to be delivered?

After placing your order, you will receive a fulfillment notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days.

Can I Cancel an Order?
  • Please contact customerservice@iheartjewels.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order before it is fulfilled. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
  • If you do find you have placed an order that you no longer require, you can return it within 30 days of your order date for a refund within the terms of our Return Policy for Items Purchased Online.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Sale items are also returnable. To start a return, email us at customerservice@iheartjewel.com to request a Return Authorization Number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  Read our full return policy here.

  • To track your order, please click here.
  • Please note order tracking is available after a few hours on the day your package is shipped. When the order ships, carrier website will show that a label was created. Upon the creation of a label, the order generally shows movement within 24 hours on the shipper’s website.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, creating an account is not required. However, having an account makes you eligible for immediate savings and member only promotions. It also makes it easier to track your orders and manage your purchases. You can always check out as a guest.
